Our Campaign Story
ends 11 Apr 2023, 11:59 PMDear Brothers and Sisters in Christ! We are a group of 30 Catholic staff from Canossaville Children and Community Services (Canossaville).
At Canossaville, we perform various roles from teachers, therapists, to staff in administrative roles. We are all united with the single goal of Forming Hearts, Transforming Lives, and Empowering Communities. We hope to continue the mission of our Mother Foundress, St Magdalene of Canossa, to provide access to education for the poor.
This Lent, we are coming together as one to appeal to you to carry out the act of almsgiving and partner us as we strive to serve the vulnerable children and families through our essential programmes and services. Every dollar goes a long way in making a positive difference to those in our care.
We hope to build a nurturing and inclusive culture for the children, regardless of race, religion, or family situation. We need your support and we hope that you will partner us in this journey to bring the love of Christ to the poor.
One gives freely, yet grows all the richer; another withholds what he should give, and only suffers want. Whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered.
(Proverbs 11:24-25)
Thanks to the support of Tote Board's Enhanced Fund-Raising Programme, your donation to our Lent appeal will be designated towards Canossaville's Making A Difference (M.A.D) Fund 2023 and will be matched with an additional 40%.
Thank you and God bless!

Canossaville is a social service agency in MacPherson supporting typically developing children and those with hearing loss and learning needs from birth to 12 years old by providing them an inclusive environment for learning and play. With the first option for the poor, provide extra support for the vulnerable families in our community through social and psychological aid.
Regardless of their family circumstances or their conditions, we strive to build an inclusive environment for these children, and ensure that our programmes are accessible to all.
For infants and young children with hearing loss, wearing hearing aids and having cochlear implants is just the beginning of the journey. Children with hearing loss need more intense and intentional intervention with support from trained therapists and teachers.
