As many of you know - during the last few years I have become a bit of a MacRitchie Reservoir bore!

This year, I have undertaken to run, or walk, the MacRitchie Reservoir 100 times. That's approximately 750 miles.

I shall be raising money for Dementia Singapore (www.dementia.org.sg).

There's nothing better than a good yarn before work - and I have found having two (ish) hours in the morning chatting with friends or clients to be the most healthy, uplifting and beneficial way of starting a day in the office.

So, I shall be in touch with friends, clients and colleagues to come along at some stage during the course of 2023.
