Our Campaign Story

ends 30 Jun 2021, 11:59 PM

Today, many of us are fortunate enough to still have jobs where we could still adequately provide for our families and ourselves. However, what is unknown to many is that there is are people in Singapore who still go hungry or at least have some form of food insecurity in Singapore. This must be hard to imagine when we have been constantly reminded on how advanced and developed Singapore is. But the hard truth is that there are actually still many unprivileged ones in Singapore who still struggle to live on their basic needs everyday and this continues to exacerbate especially during this COVID-19 pandemic.

Today, we (Katoen Natie Singapore) are embarking on our CSR journey where we are collaborating with The Food Bank Singapore to extend our support and reach out to those struggle with food insecurity. In this particular campaign that we're running, we will be committing to pack and deliver at least 50 bundles to designated beneficiary or beneficiaries in Singapore. Here is this platform, you can do your part by donating (minimum S$10) to our campaign.

At Katoen Natie, we always advocate "Our People Make The Difference". Now, let's all take this opportunity here to make a difference to someone else's life.

About Campaign

With the current COVID-19 Phase 2 Heightened Alert situation, our operations have been affected with minimal volunteer involvement and group distribution activities.

Additionally, the closure of F&B establishments for dine-in and schools turning to home-based learning, we are expecting beneficiaries from the young to the elderly who will require food support.

As such, we need your support as The Food Bank Singapore gears up to extend emergency food aid to those in need.

We are targeting to deliver 10,000 food bundles!
Pledge a food bundle today to ensure we can continue to provide to households and individuals.

Your generosity and social consciousness will help put food on the table and ease the food insecurity fears of those in need!
