Join FMC to raise funds for the Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH)'s #EatMoveCreate Campaign! This inclusive mental wellness campaign aims to raise awareness of how creativity in daily living activities, such as eating, moving and creating, can aid mental well-being.

There are people who struggle daily with mental health issues, which are further aggravated by the ongoing pandemic. We all have a part to play to raise public awareness about mental well-being and resilience, as well as reduce the social stigma, and promote acceptance and respect for persons with mental health issues.

So please open your heart and donate generously, to address this pervasive yet often overlooked social contagion.

Our goal is to raise SGD 5,000 ! Please help us spread the word to your friends and family.
