Everyone knows that each shoe has a sole. But at In My Shoes, we believe that each shoe has a soul too.
Just like us, a shoe's soul is shaped by its experiences: the places it has been and the dreams it has helped fulfil. In sharing your shoes, you share hope. A hope for a bright future where anything is possible and it all starts with a single step... In My Shoes.
In My Shoes is a movement founded by Dipna Lim-Prasad and James Walton to collect sports shoes and redistribute them to those in need.
The movement started by sharing shoes from our Team Singapore national athletes with underprivileged children, but is about more than giving shoes: it's also about giving opportunities for an active lifestyle, better health and wellbeing and a brighter future.
Your donation will help fund our shoe collection, cleaning and repackaging efforts to provide these children with shoes as well as special camps to help them build confidence, learn life skills and develop both as athletes and as well-rounded young Singaporeans. The donations will be administered by the Community Foundation of Singapore (CFS), providing you with tax deductibility if you are a Singapore taxpayer, and the money will be distributed exclusively to In My Shoes based on agreed approved expenditure with SportCares under their supervision and with the assistance of CFS.

The Community Foundation of Singapore is a non-profit organisation founded in 2008 to encourage and enable philanthropy in Singapore. We match donors' interest with causes and offer ways for them to make a greater impact through their charitable funds. We also collaborate with charity partners to identify and develop programmes that support diverse communities. Our purpose is to create real and meaningful change while building a philanthropic culture in Singapore. CFS is a registered charity with Institution of a Public Character status.
