Our Campaign Story
ends 28 Oct 2022, 11:59 PMI am committed to raising funds for Lakeside Family Services, an Institution of a Public Character (IPC) and a member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS), by doing weighted exercises with a 12 kg Kettlebell (eg. presses, squats, snatches, lunges, swings & more) for a minimum of 2,000 repetitions in the month of June 2022. Who knows? I may even try to do some Kettlebell juggling as well.

Lakeside is a charity which has served the community since 1993, regardless of race, language, or religion. They develop resilience in disadvantaged children, mould troubled youths into contributing individuals, empower active seniors to help lonely seniors, assist ex-offenders in reintegrating into society, and help women with unsupported pregnancies.
Lakeside's goal is to change lives and transform communities through their services so that affected individuals and families can find hope and healing, and overcome life challenges.
About Campaign
As a child, your dreams for the future were imaginative and boundless. Our fundraiser campaign, #ICAN____, aims to encourage children and youths to boldly declare their aspirations.
Last year, we raised over $115k which helped us to change the lives of more than 500 children and 250 youths. Help us achieve $300k this year to run enhanced programmes that will guide our children and youths' social and emotional development, and transform their character, develop confidence and competence. Our #ICAN____ fundraising campaign will be running from till 31 Oct 2022.
