Interning in a hospital, it's hard to miss seeing people who need more help than I do, everyday. As a student, I do not have the means to give and help others, apart from the occasional donations at MRT stations. However, I am extremely passionate about helping others and making a difference in their lives, which is why I volunteer every Saturday despite my busy schedule. I hope that you can help me make a difference by contributing a small amount.
About The Charity
Friends of the Disabled Society (FDS) aims to meet the social needs of our physically challenged Friends by providing avenues for them to interact among themselves and with able-bodied persons. We serve and help those who are severely disabled Friends and homebound. Encourage independence among the disabled Friends by providing job opportunities to them by engaging them in our Skills & Entrepreneurship Training Programme.
