Our Campaign Story
ends 31 Oct 2017, 11:59 PMThings that may not mean much to us in the comfort of Singapore can make a lot of difference to these Rohingyas who are taking refuge in Bangladesh. Besides hearing about it on the news, we can do our little part to support. Your little contribution to provide for their basic needs can help them to live on and live better.
Mercy Relief is supporting the ongoing relief efforts on the ground and will be deploying a team to Bangladesh to distribute critical supplies. With a focus on reaching out to vulnerable groups, relief items will include
- dignity kits to meet women's hygiene needs
- shelter kits to provide a cover for them from the rain and heat
- solar lamps
If you do give, I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU on behalf of them.
About Campaign
Thank you for helping us reach our initial $30K target. We see the compassion Singapore has to help others and we will be extending our fundraising period.
The humanitarian crisis in Rakhine State, Myanmar, has seen over 600,000 people flee across the border into neighboring Bangladesh. Here they face over-populated living conditions, and a severe shortage of food, shelter and water. Majority of those displaced are women, children and the elderly.
Mercy Relief is committed to supporting the ongoing relief efforts on the ground and will be deploying a team to Bangladesh to distribute critical supplies. With a focus on reaching out to vulnerable groups, relief items will include dignity kits to meet women's hygiene needs, shelter kits and solar lamps.
Help us. We can all make a difference with a simple donation. Support our 'Bangladesh Refugee Crisis Relief' efforts today.
