Our Campaign Storyends 31 Jan 2021, 11:59 PM
Christmas is a time for giving, and instead of presents this year, I would appreciate a Gift of Good with your donation.
Your donations will go towards 5 selected charities that support skills upgrading and employment of vulnerable groups, so that they too can fulfill their potential in life.
For the top 5 donors, you will be receiving my art works as an appreciation!
Please email a screenshot of your donation to [email protected] to make arrangements.
Centred on the spirit of giving, Maybank's Heart of Singapore (#HeartofSG) campaign seeks to unite everyone from different walks of life to empower our communities in need.
To double the public's efforts, Maybank will match donations raised dollar-for-dollar up to S$180,000 for the 5 supported charities under the #HeartofSG campaign!
Click on 'Fundraise Now', to create your sub-campaign and help raise funds! For fundraisers who are gifting items for donations, please make delivery arrangements outside of Giving.sg. We suggest stating your contact details in your campaign description for the donor to reach you.
About the Society for the Physically Disabled (SPD):
4,000 children were diagnosed with special developmental needs every year in 2015 and this number is likely to go up. Additionally, approximately 3% of the resident population has some form of disabilities according to existing government data. SPD aims to promote public understanding of disabilities and break down social barriers among persons with and without disabilities.
The #HeartofSG campaign is in line with Maybank's mission to Humanise Financial Services, shining a spotlight on those in need as they weather the onslaught of Covid-19. Maybank is dedicating donations to ELF for President's Challenge 2020 because their programmes reach out to disadvantaged groups in the areas of skills upgrading, capacity building and employment.
