Our Campaign Storyends 31 May 2022, 11:59 PM
Eighty years is a long time, but Canossaville Children and Community Services has stood the test of time as one of the oldest charities in Singapore.
Formerly a home for children, the charity has since started offering pre-school programmes and a student care catering to both mainstream children as well as children with hearing loss. The in-house Canossian Child Development Unit provides therapy support in areas such as speech and occupational therapy.
The charity is consistently expanding and supporting children and their families to help them reach their fullest potential. All these can only be made possible with kind support from donors like yourself.
Join me in doing my small part to raise funds to support their programmes and services for children from all race and faiths.
I hope to raise as much as possible to support the cause. Your small donation can make a world of difference to the children at Canossaville.
All donations to this campaign will go towards the Canossaville Making A Difference (M.A.D) Fund and be eligible for a 40% matching. This means that every dollar receives an additional 40 cents! Together we will raise a significant amount of donations.
100% of funds are channelled directly to Canossaville.
Thank you for donating to my appeal.
Thanks to the support from Tote Board, every dollar donated to this campaign will be matched with an additional 40% and will go towards supporting Canossaville's Making A Difference (M.A.D) Fund.
Canossaville Children and Community Services (Canossaville) serves children across preschool and primary school ages. We support both neurotypical children and those with hearing loss and multiple disabilities. Regardless of their family circumstances or their conditions, we strive to build an inclusive environment for these children, and ensure that our programmes are accessible to all.
For infants and young children with hearing loss, wearing hearing aids and having cochlear implants is just the beginning of the journey. Children with hearing loss need more intense and intentional intervention with support from trained therapists and teachers.
Your donations can MAKE A DIFFERENCE to our children and their families.
The Making A Difference (M.A.D) Fund is set up to support children and their families within Canossaville's community. Donations raised will be utilised for programmes and activities dedicated to children, especially those with hearing loss and multiple disabilities. This could include, but are not limited to programme fee subsidies, purchase of equipment and resources essential to the running of programmes and services to improve the holistic well-being of children and their families.
