Our Campaign Story

ends 30 May 2020, 11:59 PM

In celebration of my 30th birthday, I've chosen a special way for my family and friends to contribute to a cause that I hold close to my heart. I'm asking for donations to the NCC Cancer Fund, in remembrance of my late mother who passed away from colorectal cancer within 3 months of her diagnosis. Since I lost my mother to the illness in 2013, I've made small but consistent annual donations to NCC Cancer Fund as I believe that more should be done to better understand how cancer manifests itself differently in each patient's body. That way, there is more hope for everyone. I would like for you to consider doing the same for my birthday this year as the number 30 has been representative of my mother and I since our birthdays are on 30th May and 30th April respectively. Thank you in advance, and sending you and your family loads of love during this tough COVID-19 period! Stay safe everyone :)

About The Charity

Someone in Singapore is diagnosed with cancer every hour. For many, a cancer diagnosis is an emotional and difficult time. The NCCS Cancer Fund helps support cancer patients in need.

NCCS helps over 26,000 cancer patients each year.

From the moment they are diagnosed and throughout their treatment we are with them, providing the very best care, by the best people, in the best place.

Donate today and help us give hope to people with cancer.

All donations received are managed by SingHealth Fund (SHF), an institution of Public Character (UEN 201624016E).
All donors are required to provide their Tax Reference number (e.g. NRIC/FIN/UEN where applicable) to enjoy tax deduction. The donation will be automatically included in the donor's IRAS tax assessment. As such, we will not be sending any official receipt, unless upon written request by the donor.

Please note that donations must be made before 15 December for processing and be included in time for tax assessment in the same year.
