Violinist, pedagogue and conductor, Mr Goh Soon Tioe is known in Singapore history as a key player in the development of classical music in post-war Singapore. In 2011, his family and students established a fund to celebrate his birth centenary. Continuing his passion to nurture musical talents, The GOH SOON TIOE CENTENARY FUND supports young talented musicians in their journey towards a career in music.

About NPO

The Community Foundation of Singapore (CFS) is a non-profit organisation founded in 2008 to encourage and enable philanthropy in Singapore.

We bridge donors with charitable organisations to develop programmes and give out grants that support a wide range of needs in the community.

Our vision is to grow a sustained culture of giving for generations to come. CFS is a registered charity with Institution of Public Character status.
