Help Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital be part of Singapore’s next 100 years!
About Campaignends 31 Jan 2016, 12 AM
Founded in 1910, KWSH has played a big part in Singapore’s history with more than a century of care for the sick and needy.
Today, we are undergoing a $96 million transformation to become an integrated hub for the elderly and the community.
Please join us in the journey of serving our community for the next 100 years by contributing to our Redevelopment Fund.
Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital (KWSH), a 106 year-old charitable healthcare organisation and Institution of Public Character, is committed to looking after the sick and needy. In the last century, it has continued the strong tradition of community service, having cared for many generations of Singaporeans. It is now one of the most established providers in the intermediate and long-term care (ILTC) sector. To cope with the rapidly ageing population, KWSH is currently undergoing redevelopment to be transformed into an integrated community hub, providing healthcare services to its inpatients and the community. In 2017, it will have the largest single-site nursing home with over 600 beds; and expansion in its other services such as rehabilitation, TCM and home care.
