During these challenging times, many have been impacted by COVID-19 and struggle with their daily needs. Charities have seen a decline in public donations and volunteer support, at the time when help is most needed.
As the Life Company, we believe in doing our part to support the community through life's uncertainties.
Through Community Chest, your contributions to the Great Eastern Cares Community Fund will bring relief to these three charities whose beneficiaries have been greatly impacted by COVID-19. Funds raised will be shared equally between:
AWWA - we will provide financial assistance to students and struggling families who have suffered loss of income and ensure seniors have access to medical supplies and essential services among other immediate needs. Read more on www.awwa.org.sg
Care Corner Singapore - funds raised will help children and seniors requiring hot meals and access to medicine, families at risk struggling with funds to pay for essential needs, and counselling/therapy services. Read more on www.carecorner.org.sg
New Hope Community Services - monies will provide food, accommodation, essential necessities and financial assistance for the homeless and displaced families and individuals. Read more on www.newhopecs.org.sg
Great Eastern will match donations dollar-for-dollar up to $100,000 to encourage you to give generously, because together, We can make a difference!
