In celebration of my 50th birthday this year, I am on a mission to raise $5000 for Dementia Singapore. Donations will be made in honor of my paternal grandma who lived through dementia, and many other elderly who are currently living with this challenging condition.
Because of Dementia Singapore, I am able to become a more equipped family caregiver, and better connect with elderly living with dementia condition.
