Our Campaign Story

ends 05 Aug 2016, 11:59 PM

The challenge: Ride up the height of Mount Everest (8848 meters), on a single hill, in a single ride.
I, Linden Daniels, personally accredited idiot, will take on this challenge starting on Weds 3rd August on Mt Faber.
Everesting on Mt Faber requires laps. Lots of them (Approximately 111). It will be hot, humid and slippery when wet. It will take at least 20 hours to complete.
I am nominating this worthy cause, the Autism Resource Center Singapore. Please donate to help Autistic people in Singapore.

About The Charity

Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) or ARC(S) is a not-for-profit charity based in Singapore and registered in year 2000. It was started by professional and parent volunteers dedicated to serving children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to help these individuals lead meaningful and independent lives in society.

Our mission is:
To help individuals with an autism spectrum disorder maximise their potential in life through advocacy and provision of services in education, employment and empowering of family caregivers / professionals.

To ensure individuals with ASD realise their maximum potential with the support of their caregivers and professional team, ARC(S) provides a wide range of core services.

ARC(S) started Pathlight School, the first autism- focused school in Singapore offering an unique blend of mainstream academics and life skills for primary and secondary students. Other signature programmes include early intervention, training for professionals and caregivers, consultancy services, enrichment programmes and employability and employment services.
