Ethos BeathChapman advocates all work-from-home individuals to step away from work at lunchtime for a healthy break.
On Friday, 3 July 2020, EBC's Keep Fit For Charity virtual fitness fundraising returns to give you the right reason to get active. As before, we will donate SGD 30 to charity for every 30 minutes of workout you complete with us.
New beneficiary. New trainers. Same cause.
To address the needs of different community segments who equally need our support, donations this time will go to the Resilience Collective Ltd. We identify the need to build physical and mental tenacity within the workforce to deal with change, emerging fitter, stronger and poised for Covid-recovery.
New trainers will be introduced this time to cover Yoga and Zumba for fitness variety.
