Our Campaign Storyends 09 Jul 2021, 11:59 PM
The campaign "Donate as we give!" is to gather like-minded and frequent blood donors to donate blood to the Singapore Bloodbank and while on the other hand, some are uncomfortable of donating blood, they can support us in another way; donating food to the beneficiary through Food Bank Singapore Ltd.
For blood donors who wish to join this campaign, you can email me at [email protected] We will then fix a date on every three months, gather together and donate blood to the Singapore Bloodbank. We will also take photos and upload them here from time to time.
For non-blood donors, you can continue to support us through donating food to the vulnerable while we save lives!
Therefore, this campaign aims to become a concurrent and active donating platform for all who are willing to contribute to the community.

About The Charity
The Food Bank Singapore acquires donated food from farms, manufacturers, distributors, retail stores, consumers, and other sources, and makes it available to those in need through a network of member beneficiaries.
The Food Bank Singapore was set up by Nichol and Nicholas Ng, a pair of siblings running a food distribution business, FoodXervices Inc Pte Ltd. After observing the food industry for more than a decade, they realised the need for a food bank in Singapore. Founded in 2012, we were given charity status in 2012 and IPC status in 2015.
Our mission is TO END FOOD INSECURITY IN ALL FORMS in Singapore.
We now have a total of 360 member beneficiaries that includes:
Family Service Centres (FSCs)
Senior Activity Centres (SACs)
Various types of homes (Nursing Homes, Children's Homes, Halfway houses)
Other voluntary welfare organizations (VWOs) and registered charities
