In celebration of Zurich Insurance Group's 150th anniversary this year, Zurich Insurance Company Ltd (Singapore Branch) ("Zurich Singapore") has pledged 100 trees towards the OneMillionTrees movement.

Separately, up to 300 Zurich Singapore employees and business partners are expected to come together to plant an additional 50 trees at Sentosa Imbiah Trail on 16 Sep 2022 (Fri).

Zurich's ambition is to be one of the most responsible and impactful businesses in the world. We are committed to bring this aspiration to life in Singapore and support the regeneration of our local ecosystem with initiatives such as this. Zurich Singapore is pleased to be supporting the OneMillionTrees movement given its importance to our community and the long-term positive impact that it will drive for our city-state. Each tree planted moves us closer to fulfilling Singapore's vision of becoming a City in Nature, a key pillar of the Singapore Green Plan 2023.

With the support of your generous donation, Zurich Singapore will be matching another 150 trees to be planted in the Zurich Forest in Brazil to extend our impact.

By donating to this campaign, you are consenting to allow Garden City Fund to share your name, email address and donation details with Zurich.

About The Charity

Established by the National Parks Board (NParks) in 2002, Garden City Fund is managed independently as a charity, where 100% of donations raised go towards projects it supports. The charity hopes to cultivate a love for the environment, promote a sense of ownership, and encourage the community to play a part in preserving Singapore's legacy as a lush and vibrant City in Nature. Through partnerships with organisations and individuals, GCF provides a platform for the community to be involved and contribute towards conservation, research, outreach and education initiatives.
