For my 24th Birthday this year, I wish to raise funds for the causes that are closest to my heart. Singapore's aging population is increasing rapidly, and many of these elderly are homebound/bedridden. Hence, home medical and home nursing services are required for them to age well at home.
Please kindly donate to support Care for the Elderly Foundation (Singapore) for their meaningful efforts in providing the elderly with quality health and social care programmes.
Every dollar counts!
The Foundation was set up in 1995 as a society to provide home health care services that support ageing at home. It became a registered charity in January 1996 with Ministry of Social & Family Development as its Sector Administrator.
Its focus is now on the provision of home medical and home nursing services to the needy homebound elderly. As population of Singapore ages rapidly, more programmes and services are being planned.
