Our Campaign Story

ends 31 May 2020, 11:59 PM

During this COVID-19 pandemic, we want to encourage Singaporeans to keep active while supporting communities affected by the situation through the Sayang Sayang Fund. We will be donating $5 for every instagram story posted of our #BurpeesforSayangSayang challenge to do 10 burpees.

Our goal is to get 600 Singaporeans to participate and raise $3000. We hope that this initiative will not only encourage Singaporeans to stay fit but to also spread awareness about the Sayang Sayang fund and donate beyond our goal of $3000.

About Campaign

Let Us Continue to Sayang Our Community

We have been overwhelmed by the generous show of support for our community-driven Sayang Sayang Fund; from private individual and corporate donors who donated to the fund directly or set up their own fund-raising pages, we have far surpassed our initial target.

We have given out transportation vouchers to hospitals and polyclinics and are now looking to support vulnerable communities especially impacted by COVID-19's precautionary measures. That is our focus now.

And that is why the Sayang Sayang Fund remains open, with a new target: to help make sure no one falls by the wayside during this challenging period.

We aim to achieve this by:
1. Supporting community-based emergency response funds for marginalised communities adversely affected by the COVID-19 situation.
2. Providing innovation solutions and research to better combat COVID-19.
3. Building capabilities that support charities' operational and/or business continuity processes.

Your heart-warming outpouring of love truly brings to life the community spirit of the Sayang Sayang Fund. Thank you for your continuing support.

(The Sayang Sayang Fund is a community impact fund to care for the vulnerable in our community during times of national crises.)
