Fee- SAM provides this free workshop in support of Beyond the Label Fest which aims to tackle mental health stigma and encourage support and acceptance of persons in recovery from mental health conditions. A donation of $10 to Community Chest is required per registration. As a programme partner, SAM does not retain, nor benefit from, your donation.

If you are between 13 to 17 years old, you need to obtain parental consent to make a donation. If you are 18 years or older, you can donate freely!

Important Notice
Upon successful donation, please click here to register, https://go.gov.sg/btlfest2020workshops. Eligible participants will receive a BigMarker Invitation Link via email by 24 September and 1 hr before the starting of the session.

Join us for an experiential art session where mindful meditation inspired by SAM's collection of artworks will guide you in journalling your thoughts.

Benefits:
- Learn techniques in creative expressions through art that teaches the ways of self-care and development of mental resilience.

Advice:
- Each participant will receive an A5 journal and a set of markers. Please feel free to use additional materials during the workshop if you wish to.

Community Chest is the philanthropy and engagement arm of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS), which is the national co-ordinating body for social service agencies in Singapore.

100% of your donations go towards helping the disadvantaged, as our fundraising and operating costs are covered mainly by Tote Board. Community Chest supports more than 100 social service agencies and over 200 critical programmes empowering the lives of those in need, including children with special needs and youth-at-risk, adults with disabilities, persons with mental health conditions, and seniors and families in need of support.
