Benefits:
- Participants will learn how to temper chocolate and make their own chocolate items. Leela will also demonstrate how to make an indulgent ganache filling for chocolates or other patisserie items.
- Participants will learn about the fascinating history of chocolate and how it is made while eating chocolate! This session will send you on a sensory adventure into the world of chocolate.

Advice:
- You will need access to kitchen facilities (with a hob) and a cool room to carry out the hands-on portion of the session. You will need your own pot, clingfilm and mixing bowl. The other materials for the session will be delivered to you in advance of the session.
