Our Campaign Story

ends 31 Jan 2021, 11:59 PM

Cancer brings as much physical pain as it does emotional pain. A cancer patient goes through so much emotion both alone and with their family.

One of the least noticed and most appreciated health service is the home visits by palliative care professionals, whose goal is to bring comfort to patients who wish to live at home with their loved ones. The dedicated nurses of HCA are on the phone and pay visits to ensure all the basic medical needs are taken care of. They exude so much care and love to the patient and the caregivers at home.

Help them continue to bring their love to those who need palliative care.

About Campaign

Year 2020 has undoubtedly been the most challenging year compared to the past decade. Who would have thought at the start of the year, that the way we go about our daily lives would have changed so drastically?

As we progress into the new normal, let us not forget what the COVID-19 pandemic has shown us - the fragility of life and the selfless dedication of healthcare workers.

As Singapore's largest home hospice care provider, HCA remains committed to our mission of ensuring the best quality of care for our patients, in the comfort of their homes. The pandemic did not - and will not, stop our home visits to patients who are terminally ill.

All our services are provided at no charge for patients. Your support will enable our team to care for more patients in their homes and among their loved ones.

Every donation of $300 will help to fund one home visit. Support our patients and their families by making a donation to HCA Hospice Care now.

Additionally, we care for the caregivers by providing them with psychosocial support, practical training, and advice at all hours with our 24/7 hotline.

As all our services including home hospice service for adults are provided free-of-charge to all patients under our care, we rely on donations to support what we believe is a basic right: to die with dignity.
