Our Campaign Story

ends 16 May 2018, 11:59 PM

Every day, we provide cooked meals to over 60 children and
youths in our residential care. It costs about $10 to provide
three meals daily for each child. This covers staple food such
as rice, bread, pasta, fresh produce, dairy, meat, canned food,
sugar, salt and cooking oil used by our in-house kitchen to
prepare hot meals. Meals Appeal allows you to make a
difference to the lives of children in out-of-home care and
ensure that every child has the right to nutritious food, no
matter where they live. Your donation will contribute to the
preparation of about 50,000 meals every year.
We appeal to your kind support.

Donations of any amount are welcome. Please specify that it is for "Meals Appeal".

About The Charity

Boys' Town is a charity founded by the Montfort Brothers of St. Gabriel in 1948. We first began as a residential care for war-torn orphans, imparting education and life skills to them. Over the years, we have expanded to provide a continuum of services and become a one-stop children and youth centre. Boys' Town's services now include residential, fostering, youth outreach, adventure therapy, clinical intervention and family reunification.

Boys' Town serves both boys and girls, from infants to young adults. We help children and youth who come from disadvantaged and disengaged families who may have faced hardship resulting from difficult home situations, financial struggles, abandonment, and abuse. Each year, Boys' Town works with close to 600 children and youths.

With over 70 years dedicated to the social mission, Boys' Town equips the children and youths in need with the skills they need to become socially integrated, responsible and contributing members of society.
