Our Campaign Story
ends 13 Aug 2023, 11:59 PMDear Friends, as we start the new year with hopes for better days ahead, let's not forget those less fortunate among us. That is why I am supporting the #HairforHope2023 campaign, to raise funds for children and families impacted by childhood cancer. I will be shaving my head at the kick-off satellite event at Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery on 30 Apr 2023 to inspire community support for the beneficiaries served by Children's Cancer Foundation (CCF).
As a liver transplant donor, I strongly believe in how any form act of kindness can make a significant impact on the life of someone in need. I started out as a volunteer at CCF, 29 years ago. Over the years, I had the opportunity to meet many brave and courageous children who were fighting cancer. These children showed me strength and resilience, and it was truly humbling to witness.
I hope that you can join me in supporting them by donating generously towards my campaign. Acts of kindness are simpler ways to make someone's day. You can also donate to my profile through Hair for Hope website at https://www.hairforhope.org.sg/shavee/barathan-pasupathi-12994
Together, we can MAKE A BALD STATEMENT!
