15 years and counting - Ensuring delivery of quality care for terminally ill patients

Our Campaign Storyends 31 Dec 2016, 12 AM
APHN has been supporting organizations and individuals caring for patients with life limiting illness since 2001. Fifteen years in operation, and there are still millions of patients in Asia and Pacific who still die a painful death with no quality of life, no access to affordable pain medication or good quality of care. Help us to increase our reach to these communities by supporting our campaign to raise funds to provide the much needed resources for these organizations and individuals in terms of equipment like syringe drivers, or free training to the carers to improve the standard of care for these patients suffering in pain. Please lend us your support to help us achieve our goal of raising $15,000 in our 15th anniversary.
The Asia Pacific Hospice Palliative Care Network (APHN) is the regional umbrella body dedicated to promoting hospice and palliative care in Asia and the Pacific.
Our purpose is to empower and support organisations and individuals committed to alleviating suffering from life-threatening illness.
We promote education and skills development, enhance awareness and communication, and foster research and collaboration. We encourage established programmes to assist less experienced and more isolated colleagues.
