Our Campaign Story

ends 17 Sep 2020, 11:59 PM

Hello! I am an eleven year old, a primary school student. During the circuit breaker in Singapore, I wrote a book about the coronavirus, which is impacting many families. The book is about how the characters must rally together to fully eliminate the virus. Likewise, we could all do the same. You can start by donating to my fundraiser after reading my book, as every donation counts. My book may not be very long, and it may not be very good, but I hope that you will read it, and donate some money.

I hope that, in a small way, this book can help the families that have been impacted by the coronavirus.

Enjoy the book and please donate to my campaign.

Thank you and stay safe!

About Campaign

Hope - that's what keeps us going. Hoping for COVID-19 to pass. Hoping that when we help one another, we can move forward with courage and confidence.

The effects of COVID-19 are far from over and we foresee more families in need facing greater challenges.

We are actively connecting with our beneficiaries impacted by COVID-19 to extend support. Our outreach efforts have been enhanced to ensure that our beneficiaries have what they need - to see them through this crisis. We have been providing meals, daily necessities, study aids, and most importantly, emotional and psychological support.

Your donations can help in many ways, including the following:

1) Our social workers can continue to stay in touch with our beneficiaries, stepping up assistance as the situation evolves;

2) Helping beneficiaries with meals, study aids and other needs as their livelihoods remain impacted;

3) Keeping our national helpline and chatline for children, Tinkle Friend running! Some children have been telling us about their anxiousness and worries. Our staff members provide support and advice to these distressed children.

With your support, we believe there is hope and light at the end of the tunnel. Let's stay strong together, #SGUnited.
