How Your Donation Makes a Difference
Your donation of S$10 will help us in the care and maintenance of the dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs as well as other small animals at our Adoption Centre.
Your donation of S$50 will aid us in the sterilisation of a community animal as sterilisation is the most humane and effective method of controlling the animal population.
Your donation of S$100 will help support the running of our 24-hour emergency rescue service for sick, injured and animals in distress.
Your donation of S$200 will help subsidise medical costs for the shelter animals while assisting in rehabilitative and foster care for animals in need.
Our Campaign Storyends 22 Jun 2023, 11:59 PM
Animals, especially dogs have proven themselves to be loyal, kind and genuine friends. They had been an emotional support that always heal and make me feel better whenever I'm sad. They are one kind of true friends that leave paw prints on my heart.
They provide us with unconditional love, kindness and companionship. They're always by our sides and they seem to know when we need a little extra affection or comfort. They give us the purest and most genuine love. They also understand and feel us on another level that transcends language.
Just like humans, they feel pain, hunger, loneliness, fear, and anxiety. Therefore, they have a right to live without being harmed, abused, or exploited.
This rabbit year, let's give them the respect, love, care, and kindness they deserve! Just like how they gave it to us.
You can make a difference and be kind by speaking for those who don't have a voice.
Your donation will help to impact and make their lives better - just like how they made the world a better place for us.
Last but not least, I hope all the kindness, care and love that you have spread along the way returns to you and multiples to your loved ones! Wishing all of you lots of happiness and best wishes for 2023!
About The Charity
The SPCA is a registered non-profit animal welfare charity with IPC status, and our two main objectives are to promote kindness and prevent cruelty to animals.
The SPCA is not funded by the government. Relying mainly on kind donations from the public and fundraising to support the shelter and clinic, inspectorate work and animal rescue services, as well as other initiatives such as our foster care programme, sterilisation programme for community animals, and education and outreach efforts.
Over 100 animals are taken in by the Society every month. Most of these animals are abandoned, unwanted, abused, sick/injured or lost. Our officers have rescued numerous animals, like Gemma, Aiden and Cookie, across Singapore (see above video).
To carry out our animal welfare work, we require over S$3,000,000 annually.
You can make a difference to the animals.
Your kind donation will directly impact upon our operations in providing shelter, food, medical attention and love to the rescued animals that walk through our doors each day.
Your donations are eligible for 250% tax deduction.
