Your pledged amount will be used to purchase bundle sets consisting of toiletries, instant food & beverages as well as cooking essentials, which will then be distributed to the beneficiaries!
Each $10 donation = 1 essential bundle set for a family!
Project R.I.C.E.+ (RICE) is an annual, nation-wide collection & distribution drive championed by youth leaders from the Singapore Red Cross, to bring food and daily essentials to vulnerable families.
Our focus is on:
1) Single Parent Families
2) Skipped Generation Families
3) Low Income Families
4) Elderly
5) Migrant Workers & Domestic Helpers
6) Red Cross Home for Disabled
Our volunteers will deliver your pledged bundle sets to our beneficiaries on 17 and 24 July 2021!
Donating is really simple and secure. The money will directly go to Singapore Red Cross Society.
In 2020, despite the COVID-19 situation, the Project R.I.C.E.+ 2020 team managed to raise 12,611 hamper sets to benefit 32 Family Service Centres, 4 Community Centres, 4 Parental Organisations and the Red Cross Home for the Disabled. More than 2400 households and 10,900 individuals were benefited in Project R.I.C.E.+ 2020 !
