I was somehow led to this space. I believe somehow, through some act of the universe, you were led here too. Thank you for coming by. I know of people suffering from mental illness and struggling to get through their days. Performing daily activities or making small decisions may come naturally to you and I, but can be a daunting task for people with mental health issues. The recovery journey can be extremely uphill and slow moving, sometimes taking 1 step forward and 2 steps backwards. I believe that our every kind thought/every kind act will bring hope and lighten their load. Your generous donation will enable beneficiaries to attend programmes/activities and avail to services that will help them towards mental wellness and live fulfilling life. Every bit counts. Please be a part of their recovery journey. Thank you very much. May angels and positive energy surround you and your loved ones.
About The Charity
Your donation matters.
Your invaluable donation can empower and help our beneficiaries in their journey to recovery and mental wellness. With your kind support, we can continue to provide rehabilitative, outreach, and creative services and programmes to persons with mental health issues, and help them recover and reintegrate back into the community.
Your generous gift also counts in funding our efforts to raise public awareness about mental well-being and resilience, as well as reduce the social stigma, and promote acceptance and respect for persons with mental health issues.
Established in 1968, the Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH) is a non-profit and non-government social service organization, a registered charity under the Charities Act and an approved Institution of Public Character (IPC). We have also been awarded the coveted Charity Transparency Award in 2018 & 2019 by the Charity Council.
