Our Campaign Story

ends 18 Apr 2021, 11:59 PM

Hey there!

My name is Kimberly and I am a freelance yoga teacher.

In light of the COVID-19 circuit breaker, psychological treatment was initially included but subsequently removed from the list of "essential services". I firmly believe that mental health should be taken seriously and as a collective, we should ensure each other's mental well-being, especially in such unprecedented times.

In support of the first community health association in Singapore and their social services, I will be conducting a variety of Yoga Classes on Zoom. From beginner, mixed level to yin-style and meditation classes. Any minimum donation to this fund will grant you access to attend a class and upcoming weekly schedules.

Steps to take:
1. Make a Donation
2. Screenshot proof of Donation
3. Send me a Direct Message on Instagram at www.instagram.com/kimmyyyy.c/ (or if you'd like to share, you can post it on your IG story, tagging me @kimmyyyy.c with the hashtag: #flowwithkimmy)

Alternatively, you can send your proof of donation to [email protected]

Thank you for your support! I hope to see you on your mat :-)

About The Charity

Your donation matters.

Your invaluable donation can empower and help our beneficiaries in their journey to recovery and mental wellness. With your kind support, we can continue to provide rehabilitative, outreach, and creative services and programmes to persons with mental health issues, and help them recover and reintegrate back into the community.

Your generous gift also counts in funding our efforts to raise public awareness about mental well-being and resilience, as well as reduce the social stigma, and promote acceptance and respect for persons with mental health issues.

Established in 1968, the Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH) is a non-profit and non-government social service organization, a registered charity under the Charities Act and an approved Institution of Public Character (IPC). We have also been awarded the coveted Charity Transparency Award in 2018 & 2019 by the Charity Council.

Fundraising can help to raise more and change more lives.
