How Your Donation Makes a Difference
$60 allows an individual to access 3-4 creative activities with the purpose of enhancing resilience and self-awareness for a month.
$100 can give five youths the opportunity to improve their mental well-being through engaging in a series of art, sports & creative activities for a month.
$160 can give an individual in distress access to therapy services to support their mental well-being.
$220 allows a person in recovery to receive both art therapy and creative activities to sustain their mental health and well-being.

Hi, I'm Jillian and for the rest of October, I'm planning to run 88km in an effort to raise funds for the Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH).
The new norm situation has no doubt taken a toll on most of our mental health; myself included. A fresh graduate, perhaps it's the anxiety of the future, coupled with uncertainty of the current situation; it can feel overwhelming. This year, I've had much lows, but I'm grateful for the kind souls around me that just make the days go by easier or even, make them better.
It is encouraging to know that the awareness of mental health issues is
being amplified on the news, giving it a much needed awareness and to reduce the stigma that surrounds it. Nonetheless, more can always be done.
I'd like to dedicate my runs in October to this issue, I'll keep my word to it, follow my 88km journey on Strava: Jillian See
