Our Campaign Story
ends 08 May 2024, 11:59 PMWe are a group of friends who are turning 50 this year.
To commemorate this milestone, we are each pledging a significant activity or challenge that we will embark on this year in order to raise funds and contribute to a cause that is/will be important to us, our peers and families.
All funds will be channeled to Dementia Singapore to help raise awareness of Dementia, support the plight of persons suffering from Dementia as well as providing resources for caregivers.
As a larger community, we believe we all can share in the responsibility to help one another age and live the latter part of our lives with quality, dignity and fulfilment. Our goal is to raise $50,000.
About The Charity
Dementia Singapore was formed in 1990 as the 'Alzheimer's Disease Association' to better serve Singapore's growing dementia community, increase awareness about dementia, and reduce the stigma surrounding the condition.
As Singapore's leading Social Service Agency (SSA) in specialised dementia care, Dementia Singapore aims to advocate for the needs of people living with dementia and their families; empower the community through capability-building, knowledge and consultancy; and deliver quality, person-centred care innovations.
