About Campaignends 31 Mar 2018, 11:59 PM
For 13-year-old Jake, he is looking forward to the Lunar New Year break where he could spend quality family time with his mother. As a single parent, his mother was stressed with financial and health issues and was unable to take care of him.
Jake has been in Boys' Town for a year now and had conquered a major milestone, passing his PSLE when he was previously concerned that he could not catch up with his studies. He is an athletic boy and enjoys the sports activities we have, in particular soccer and running.
We at Boys' Town are glad to watch boys like Jake transform and treat Boys' Town as their home away from home. Thank you for your support, your contributions will benefit our children and youth through their journeys. Wishing you warmth, happiness, peace and joy this Lunar New Year.

About the Charity
Boys' Town is a charity founded by the Montfort Brothers of St. Gabriel in 1948. We first began as a residential care for war-torn orphans, imparting education and life skills to them. Over the years, we have expanded to provide a continuum of services and become a one-stop children and youth centre. Boys' Town's services now include residential, fostering, youth outreach, adventure therapy, clinical intervention and family reunification.
Boys' Town serves both boys and girls, from infants to young adults. We help children and youth who come from disadvantaged and disengaged families who may have faced hardship resulting from difficult home situations, financial struggles, abandonment, and abuse. Each year, Boys' Town works with close to 600 children and youths.
With over 70 years dedicated to the social mission, Boys' Town equips the children and youths in need with the skills they need to become socially integrated, responsible and contributing members of society.
