Boys' Town was founded 72 years ago by the Montfort Brothers of St. Gabriel. Among the Brothers who devoted their life to our mission is Brother Roger (photographed above), who turns 91 this year.

During this season of Lent, you too can be part of Boys' Town's continuous mission to transform the lives of the children, youth and families that come through our doors.

Do not forget to do good and to help one another, because these are the sacrifices that please God.
- Hebrews 13:16

About the Charity

Boys' Town is a charity founded by the Montfort Brothers of St. Gabriel in 1948. We first began as a residential care for war-torn orphans, imparting education and life skills to them. Over the years, we have expanded to provide a continuum of services and become a one-stop children and youth centre. Boys' Town's services now include residential, fostering, youth outreach, adventure therapy and clinical intervention.

Boys' Town serves both boys and girls, from infants to young adults. We help children and youth who come from disadvantaged and disengaged families who may have faced hardship resulting from difficult home situations, financial struggles, abandonment, and abuse. Each year, Boys' Town works with close to 2,000 children and youths.

With 72 years dedicated to the social mission, Boys' Town equips the children and youths in need with the skills they need to become socially integrated, responsible and contributing members of society.
