About Campaignends 31 Dec 2021, 11:59 PM
Faith is born with Beare-Stevenson cutis gyrate syndrome (BSTV) which causes medical complications. BSTV is a genetic disorder characterised by skin abnormalities and the premature fusion of skull bone. This early fusion prevents the skull from growing normally and affects the shape of the head and face. The head is unable to grow normally and affects the growth of the brain, causing a significant developmental delay.
In AWWA School, Faith learns to express herself with the use of a tablet and even picked up the Boccia game as her CCA and won a few games.
