About Campaign

The Eden Children's Centre delivers Early Intervention Programme for children (aged 2 to 6 years old) who have been diagnosed to be on the autism spectrum. Individualised Education Plans are developed for each child based on their individual needs and abilities.

To a child on the autism spectrum, routines are especially important as it helps them cope with their surroundings. Hazel, who is currently attending Eden Children's Centre, had to learn and incorporate new routines, such as the frequent washing of hands and staying indoors when Circuit Breaker measures were imposed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Although a chore at first, Hazel and her mother found the silver lining in being able to spend more time with each other.

With the unwavering support of her family and the dedication of her teachers at the Centre, Hazel has managed to acquire a considerable array of effective practical skills that can aid her on her path toward becoming a more independent girl.
