About Campaign

ends 30 Dec 2016, 11:59 PM
Over the last 5 years, our 24/7 Wildlife Rescue Team has been on the roads of Singapore for up to 16 hours a day rescuing wild animals in distress.

Over the last 5 years, ACRES has rescued over 8,000 wild animals; giving them a second chance at life, and educating the public on how to live in harmony with wild animals.

It is thanks to your support that we have helped so many animals.

But this comes with consequences.

Over the last 5 years, our Wildlife Rescue van has clocked close to 600,000 km; nearly three times more than a vehicle typically has after 10 years.

It has finally reached breaking point.

But our van is the bloodline of our Wildlife Rescue service, so what now?

While our Rescue Van has reached breaking point, we have not. We will continue doing what it takes to help wild animals in trouble, but we cannot do it without you.

We have to raise $90,000 to replace our van.

Thousands of lives have been saved because of our supporters. We hope you can step in, once more, to help us save thousands more.

Your donation means a new van can be purchased, and more lives will be saved.

You can either donate through this fundraising page, or send a cheque to

Help keep the drive alive for our wildlife!

About the Charity

ACRES is a pioneering Singapore-based charity with a sole aim to advocate for an end to animal cruelty in our own backyard. With Singapore's first facility dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of animals rescued from the illegal wildlife trade and injured native wild animals we speak up for more animals via our five focus areas: Tackling Wildlife Crime in Singapore, Humane Education, Promoting Cruelty-Free Living, Community Outreach, and Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation.

Since our founding in May 2001, ACRES has helped effect several environmental shifts that pushed Singapore forward in the animal protection movement. Alongside collaborative efforts with governmental agencies, we seek to nurture a responsible society from grassroots level to the individual homes where animals are treated with compassion and respect.

Fundraising can help to raise more and change more lives.
