About Campaign

While keeping active at home during the circuit breaker period, Dr William Wan challenged his followers to commit to 5 push-ups each day, adding 1 more push-up every other day for the next 30 days. The video challenge garnered 6.5K views as of 26 May, and many resonated with his message of being kind to oneself by keeping fit.

Dr William Wan, who will be celebrating his 73rd birthday on 7 June 2020, will be testing his physical limits for a good cause. To raise funds for an initiative by Prison Fellowship Singapore, the chairman of the organisation will be committing to 73 push-ups - one for each year of his age - to be live-streamed over Facebook. 70x7 is an initiative to help ex-offenders reintegrate into our society.
